Shaders controlled by dynamic emitters

This clip explains the function of the ECU that generates the electrical impulses to fire each fuel injector in a gasoline engine. The electrical impulses are symbolized flowing along minimalist, diagrammatic wires from the ECU to each fuel injector. The ECU is represented in a stylized way to be more visually engaging than a realistic representation. LEDs glow as each electrical impulse is fired. The shaders for these lights are controlled with set-driven keys. The driver is the emitter rate value. When the emitter rate is 0, the lights are off. When the emitter is on, the lights come on.
